We’re committed to providing better experiences for people with accessibility needs. We want your feedback about any accessibility barriers you’ve experienced with us, which will be used to help create an accessibility plan as outlined in the Accessible Canada Act.

The Manager for Accessibility is responsible for addressing accessibility feedback. You can provide feedback by online form, email, phone or mail. We treat all feedback anonymously to create an accessibility plan, but you can leave your contact information if you’d like us to follow up with you.
If you need a description of the feedback process in a different format, please contact us. We can provide it in print, large print, braille, audio or electronic format.
